Frequently Asked Questions

Everything travellers usually ask about the Route G Easy 16-day European tour — the package, payments, visas, and life on the road.

The Package

What is included in the ₱160,000 package?
One-way airfare Manila–Amsterdam and Rome–Manila, 13 nights hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, airport and coach transfers throughout the tour, and airport terminal fee. Full details are on the Inclusions & Services page.
What is not included?
Lunch and dinner, mandatory permits and city taxes (EUR 560/head), Philippine travel tax, Schengen visa fees, travel insurance, optional tours, and personal expenses.
How long is the trip and how many countries do we visit?
16 days and 13 nights across 8 countries — Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Vatican — with 9 base cities.
Why is this called a “paced” itinerary?
You stay 1–2 nights per city instead of hopping through several cities per day, so there is time to rest, explore, and actually enjoy each stop.

Payments & Booking

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. The package can be settled through easy monthly installments at 0% interest with no hidden charges. See the Payments page for schedules and options.
How do I reserve a slot?
Fill out the reservation form on the Reserve page. Our team will confirm your departure date, compute your payment schedule, and guide you through the requirements.
Are there discounts for children or seniors?
Yes. Special rates apply for infants, children, and senior citizens. The reservation form computes the applicable rate based on the traveller’s date of birth.

Visa & Requirements

What happens if my visa is denied?
You receive a 100% refund of your package payment. Third-party costs such as embassy visa fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the embassy.
Do you help with the Schengen visa application?
Yes. Visa assistance is available as an optional service — we help prepare your documents, appointment, and itinerary requirements.
What documents will I need?
A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date, proof of financial capacity, employment or business documents, and the completed visa application forms.

On the Trip

Are optional tours required?
No. Optional tours are entirely up to you. On free days you may join the optional tour or explore the city on your own.
What kind of hotels are used?
Comfortable 3–4 star hotels in the base city or a nearby city, with daily breakfast included.
How much luggage can I bring?
One 20 kg check-in luggage and one personal bag for the Manila–Amsterdam and Rome–Manila flights.
Will there be a tour guide or coordinator?
Yes. A tour coordinator accompanies the group throughout the journey, with local guides in selected cities.
